The Heidleberg Topaz iX Copix is a high-quality color flatbed scanner which can be used to redigitize film separations. This scanner provides entry for those customers who use archived screened originals or want to scan finished lithos for digital output. The Topaz also scans colored and black-and-white originals in the highest reproduction quality. Originals can be anything from transparencies, reflectives, color and black-and-white, contone or line art, positive or negative, screened printed originals, digitized film separations, and even real three-dimentional objects (with a maximum height of 20mm). Maximum scanning area size is 12”x18” for reflective and 250mm (9.843in) x 457mm for transparencies.
