DC Graphics produces flexible, photopolymer plates that are durable, cost effective, and able to achieve high quality linework, solids and fine halftones, at higher speeds on press.
A lot has changed over the last few years in the wonderful world of photopolymer. It has liberated itself from days of low line screens and poor durability. Today you can, if you wish, run line screens as high as 175 or 200. Plates last longer on press, stand up to more variety of inks, reduce make-ready time, and also store better if treated properly. Plates come in quite a variety of thicknesses, sizes, and durameters (hardness). Usually, the thinner the plate, the less the rotary gain, therefore the higher quality of the finished product. Thinner plates might not always apply to your style of printing (corrugated probably won't be mounting up .045 capped plates). Here at DC we offer any size plate up to 30"x40", and thicknesses from .045 to .112. If we don't have it, and you need it, we will find it and supply it to you.
